Baku, ranking 36th on the list of world's top most expensive cities

Congratulations ladies and gents! According to US based consultancy firm 2010 Cost of Living Survey the capital of our beloved country, Baku, ranks 36th on the top list of most expensive cities, under the section "Europe and the Middle East" leaving behind cities like Barcelona, Istanbul and Frankfurt.

What an achievement! How about getting on the lists of top most eco- friendly countries or being among countries with highest human rights protection ranking?

Ah, who cares, these are not important because these lists obviously don't show the wealth of Azerbaijan do they?!
