"Prisoners of the Heart"

This is how the Dutch Radio Worldwide titled its new dossier on arrested human rights activists and political prisoners across the globe. Adnan Hajizada is on that list (vide can be viewed here: http://www.rnw.nl/english/dossier/Political%20prisoners or below). He is a prisoner of heart. A man of dreams and great ideas. I take pride in saying he is my friend and that I know him and wont give up on him or Emin.

We all share a dream, that one day it all will work out, that we all will come to an agreement and that things are going to change, lives are going to get better, people are going to get better, governments are going to get better.

Adnan and Emin are prisoners of free, bright and amazingly strong heart.

And the world should know about them because these young men are just like every other person living in this world. Except what makes them different from the rest, is their extraordinary will to change themselves and the community around them.

There is a song by Common called "I have a dream" based on Martin Luther King's unforgettable speech "I have a dream" where he sings:

"In search of brigther days, I ride through the maze of madness,
Struggle is my address, where pain and crack lives ...
With a story to tell, my eyes see the glory and well,
The world waitin' for me to yell "I have a Dream"

I also have a dream...
