Well, who knows, most of the time its only a matter of showcasing how rich someone is, or well- connected or strong or powerful. In this case, its about architecture or perhaps it would be better to say architectural giants built in the capital of Azerbaijan showcasing yet again the whatever it is the country leaders are trying to make it look like.
